Shelter House Number Three is located by its self on the east side of Picnic Avenue.  It is closest to the tennis courts.  This shelter house is available for a discounted rate for tax exempt organizations.  If you are a tax exempt organization and wish to make a reservation, contact the Parks and Recreation Department.
